When you submit a request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, role, optional phone number, preferred contact method, time zone, and the requirements you describe (such as datasets of interest, target robot, scenarios, hours, delivery format, timeline and budget range). Our hosting provider may also automatically process basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
2. How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, send you a confirmation, prepare samples or proposals, and keep a record of our communication with you. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell your personal information.
3. Who can access it
We share your information only with service providers that help us operate the site and handle your request, such as hosting, database and email delivery providers, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Confidentiality of your requirements
Requirements you describe in a request are used only to respond to you. We do not disclose them to other customers.

We keep request information for up to 24 months after our last communication with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
